gloomy in the union square station
nerves are glowin like the national debt
well i got bills i aint paid but its so safe to say
got no intention of repayin them yet
one day there might be money coming in on the side
you know there may not be a need to fuss
i think i see a light on the horizon
but it may just be the city bus
one day my jackets might not be lifted
one day my numbers might not be so red
one day i may lay beside somebody i love
in somethin bigger than a twin sized bed
70th avenue hustle
tryin to keep my hands out the cold
i know the rent where i stay is about eleven days late
why cant you just leave me alone?

Some catchy tracks on here, and my guy is not afraid to rip a guitar solo. Sounds like Daniel Johnston country at times, and the album cover looks like a hip-hop record. Cidimon Arustavi

This album seems to bring you in close during quieter songs like 'bigger than christmas' and then it hits you with 'the shining but tropical' with a killer transition between them. This is one of the few albums I am always excited to listen to. It doesn't matter the mood I'm in, there's always something there for me. Thanks for such a lovely album :) bridger b
The second EP from Northern Irish singer-songwriter Bea Stewart runs from gentle folk to pillowy pop ballads, all perfectly executed. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 15, 2024
