but I wouldn't tell you what I meant
I mull it over in my head
it reads like a rehearsed statement
feel an air of discontent
as I pace a quiet kitchen spent
in what makes an early morning
thinking
praying
but you cant keep it all wrapped up inside your head
unsettled routine fills your cup
when silence sought wasn't enough
it reads like an early service
feel an air of discontent
as I pace a quiet kitchen spent
in what makes an early morning
thinking
praying
but you cant keep it all wrapped up inside your head
Some catchy tracks on here, and my guy is not afraid to rip a guitar solo. Sounds like Daniel Johnston country at times, and the album cover looks like a hip-hop record. Cidimon Arustavi
This album seems to bring you in close during quieter songs like 'bigger than christmas' and then it hits you with 'the shining but tropical' with a killer transition between them. This is one of the few albums I am always excited to listen to. It doesn't matter the mood I'm in, there's always something there for me. Thanks for such a lovely album :) bridger b
