I held your hand through central park
felt the summer stick we pulled apart
because I know you need to go
so maybe one more, pull me close?
we walked downtown through the square
missed the subway, you didn't seem to care
it seems you always miss the fall
another year another plane you gotta catch after all
because I know you need to go
so maybe one more, pull me close?
now im stuck here with the leaves
autumn in the city, wish you could see
will you come back at all?
wouldn't be the first time I was left waiting for a call

Some catchy tracks on here, and my guy is not afraid to rip a guitar solo. Sounds like Daniel Johnston country at times, and the album cover looks like a hip-hop record. Cidimon Arustavi

This album seems to bring you in close during quieter songs like 'bigger than christmas' and then it hits you with 'the shining but tropical' with a killer transition between them. This is one of the few albums I am always excited to listen to. It doesn't matter the mood I'm in, there's always something there for me. Thanks for such a lovely album :) bridger b
